Paul is the founder of Flexcare and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer.  Paul has over a decade of employee benefit consulting and administration experience.  In addition to being well versed in all types of plan designs and funding arrangements, he is the architect of the company’s service designs and informational systems. 

Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, as well as a Law Degree from Texas A&M, South Texas School of Law.  He is admitted to the bar associations of both Texas and Washington DC.

Tony Tronolone
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tony joined Flexcare in July 2005 bringing over a decade of experience working locally and nationally in the self-funded and experience rated health care arena.  Being fully versed on issues such as funding alternatives, Rx strategies, stop loss policies, and benefit implementation, Tony has been very successful working with unions, municipalities private and public sector clients.  His strong belief in educating management and union leaders on the health care industry results in jointly designed benefit plans that are tailored to the needs of the subscribers themselves. 

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the State University of NY at Buffalo.

DeAnn Venditti
Director of Administration

DeAnn is the company’s Director of Administration and serves as a day-to-day liaison with Flexcare clients. 

DeAnn holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Niagara University.  She has held several key positions of authority in the private sector and has nearly a decade of employee benefits administration experience.

Dom Luna
Director of Marketing/Labor

Dom has over 25 yrs experience dealing with labor groups and negotiations. With over six years in the Health Insurance consulting field with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of WNY, fifteen years as a USWA Union Representative at Globe Metallurgical in Niagara Falls NY, five years as a Labor Relations Specialist/Negotiator with the Civil Service Employee’s of America, and five years consulting with Flexcare Inc., Dom brings vast knowledge and practical experience to all of his clients.

Mary Ann Downs-Strath
Director of Client Management

Mary Ann joined Flexcare in January of 2003.  She brings with her experience as a licensed Marketing Representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York working with employer groups. This, combined with more than 20 years of Sales and Service while working for Graphic Controls Corporation of Buffalo, New York, has positioned her to work as liaison between Human Resources Departments and Health Insurance Carriers. Mary Ann has infused her combined endeavors and many years of client interaction into the Flexcare business approach.

Sharon Malone
Medicare Benefit Specialist

Sharon brought years of experience in Medicare and Medicare Part D to Flexcare when she joined the company in March of 2007.  Her expertise comes from 9 years of Medicare sales & marketing at Health Now (the parent company of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of WNY). Sharon’s experience working with employer groups, individuals and seminar presentations is a benefit to Flexcare as many individuals are becoming eligible for Medicare and are unsure of what is available to them either on a group or individual basis.  Sharon’s extensive knowledge with all the companies and plans available locally and nationally is an asset to all as we contemplate the Baby boomer years ahead of us. 

As an Account Executive, Christine brings an extensive background in health insurance sales to Flexcare.  She joined the company in September 2006 after spending five years at Univera Healthcare (an Excellus Company), consistently increasing her role throughout her tenure. Prior to Univera Healthcare, Christine worked for 4 years at Randy Shepard and Associates (Warranty Administrators) as an office manager.  She is a graduate of Hilbert College.
